The Estate of Dakota v. Goob Lagoon

Dakota was a loyal patron of Goob Lagoon Waterpark and the first confirmed fatality recorded at that facility. She entered a pool the operator had negligently drained of all water and dove headfirst into the empty basin. No barrier, no signage, and no attendant stood between her and the concrete.

Her family retained this firm, and their claim became the matter on which Frivolous, Jape & Guffaw LLP was founded. What began as a single wrongful-death action grew into twenty-three documented case files against the Goob Lagoon operation, each one entered into the record because a patron was harmed and no one else was willing to say so.

That same operator now trades under a new name at Stanky Shores Waterpark. This firm stands watch over the new venture on the same terms as the old one: for every patron shoved, submerged, or left in emotional distress, and for every family who should never have had to file at all.

Is this real?
No. Nothing about this is real. Stanky Shores is a fictional waterpark in a video game, the lawsuit is a bit, and every dollar figure is arithmetic performed on a joke. This site is a fan-made parody documenting the streamer CaseOh’s Waterpark Simulator series.
Can I join the class action?
There is no class action, so admission standards are extremely relaxed. You may file a claim through our intake form; filing confers no legal rights whatsoever, but it does confer our sincere administrative sympathy.

Who is representing the defense?
